Bronchitis and The Law of Attraction

Hello Lovelies,

It has been awhile and I apologise.  Jules and I have both had a bout of bronchitis (Nasty Stuff) and I am just getting back in the saddle.

One thing about being on your back…there is plenty of time for reflection.  And I did just that.  I reflected on the amount of love and gratitude and appreciation I experience in my life.  It was quite lovely to feel the love and well wishes from people everywhere across the globe.  How cool is that?  Really.

The second thing I became acutely aware of is this idea that I am not to carry anything superfluous into this next iteration of my life.  I am meant to divest myself of clutter…emotional, energetic, physical..etc.  KISS -Keep it simple, sweetheart.  This is truly easier said than done.  But, my committment is that everyday I simplify something.  I release something that no longer serves this leg of the journey.  My brother always sang a song about “Going Mobile”, and that’s what I aim to do.

And since things are coming in three’s these days, the third thing I became aware of during my time of enforced reflection is this, “Nothing matters more than that you feel good.”  Oh Yeah.  Feeling better and better.  Reaching for the better feeling thought.  Being on your own side.  There’s really no more time to let the poop have its way with you.  It’s way too easy to give into the poop.  Am I right?  After all, at the end of the day, it really is just a choice.  We are not doers but deciders.

An awesome shout out to all our Lovelies in our 3 Big Dream Coaching Program.  You are all a tremendous source of inspiration!  Another awesome shout out to the Lovelies in our Mastering the Mind Coaching Program!  The energy we are building is just out of this world~truly.  And, another shoutout to everyone around the planet who joins our Thursday AMP IT UP! Intuition~Are you getting your downloads?

Hello Lovelies..

There has been so much chatter on the web about intuition lately.  Intution.  Is it going to give the numbers for the big jackpot?  Is it going to tell you where you are going to meet your soul mate?

For me, there are times that I get direct “hits.”  However, it’s not that often.  But I am always open to those direct hits.  In the matters of intuition I feel that Heart Work is much more important.

Maybe they are one and the same thing-maybe not.  But I know for sure we all have access to our Hearts.  Sure, it is a matter of cultivating our connection to our hearts..and it is important to learn how to make the 12 inch journey from our head down to our heart.  And, that takes time..attention..intention.  It takes learning to listen with our “inner ear” and it takes a real basic element of trust.

The cool thing about making the twelve inch journey is that you can look back on your life and say with no regrets, “I always listened to my heart.”  Really..that is cool. The heart has its own path and that is hardly ever a straight line.  In fact, it probably looks like a kaliedescope of puzzle pieces that is only made clear by unconditional love and unwavering trust. (”I’ll have a glass of each, bartender.”)

It’s important to add a small sentence or two on fear.  Fear is usually ego based..so if you find yourself in fear that is a real good time to quiet the monkey mind and connect to the heart.  The heart will calm you.  The heart will give you peace.  The heart will give you clarity.  The heart will give you courage.  In fact, the Latin root word of  the word courage is “heart.’

Is the path of the heart quick?  Probably not.  Why?  My take is it knows if you are truly ready and prepared for what you want.  The heart loves you in a way that you probably don’t even love yourself.  So, the next time someone offers you a free intuition course~come prepared to check in with your heart…you can trust your gut on that ;o)

What to do with that goal-den hour?  It’s been said in many metaphysical circles that an hour of inner work is equal to 10 hours of external work.  Wow!!  So, we’re all about creating that extra goal-den hour a day of inner work so that we can leverage that extra 10 hours of external work.   10 minutes 6 times a day..taking time to consciously breathe…to meditate (there are many different ways)..take time to journal…your thoughts are the previews of your life’s coming attractions..how about creating a vision board or a mind map and then studying for ten minutes throughout the day…and the list goes on.  We know a very successful woman who creates 5 goal-den hours for herself each day.  She is proof positive of what can be created by doing the internal work first as leverage.  whoo hoo!

  So, may I ask you “Are you doing what you want?

This is a really good time to take stock and ask yourself are you on track for your dreams, desires, and goals?  Or, you may be saying to yourself “what dreams?  who has time for dreams when I barely have time to brush my teeth!”I hope you still are brushing your teeth and flossing as well~~at least those teeth you intend on keeping.

Consider the use of what Julie and I call “the Goal-den Hour.”  You start by giving yourself the gift of 10 minutes for yourself..six times a day.  First , use the first ten minutes just to breathe.  Consciously breathe.  Connect to the breath and big deep belly breaths for ten whole minutes.  You should begin to feel calmer and more open. 

During this time see yourself filling up with Love…all the love you will need for the day.  And if you run out~take some more time to fill up on this precious fuel.

Spring has Sprung

 How’s it going for you?  It is finallay spring here and I’ve been pondering on the adage “Hope Springs Eternal.”  Hope is a good thing.  And, legitimate hope is an even better thing.  What gives us legitimate hope?  What gives us authentic, realistic hope?

Coming to the understanding that we live in an amazing universe that is on our side. ..that this universe has our back..that this universe loves us and adores us.  The universe is always working in our favor.

Now, how do we get to the belief that the above is true?  CUZ  I said so, that’s why.  Just kidding.  But Einstein did say at the end of his life~”there are only two ways to live your life-one is as though nothing is a miracle and the other is as if everything  is a miracle.

Ultimately it is a matter of faith and for many it is a leap of faith.  Good ol’ faith.  Perhaps it is better said that “Faith springs eternal.”  I love seeing life as a miracle always waiting to surprise and delight me.  The pelicans have arrived here.  They stop over on their way to  wherever.  But every year it is always a treasure to see them and it does signal spring is finally here.  Maybe it is good to say that, “Spring keeps hope eternal.”

Greetings People of the Earth (in my best robotic voice)

Hey, how are y’all doing?  Happy St. Paddy’s Day.  Yes, I have red hair and green eyes and I’ve been known to imbibe in a bit of the brew from time to time and I have kissed me a few Blarney Stones (that’s Blarney~~not Barney) and we are all Irish today but the rest of the year I am Italian. 

 It’s finally spring here in the great Midwest but we’ve been known to have a snowfall or two around this time…major doggie poop patrol going on in my back yard.  Lots of  things to choose from in our upcoming Garden of Earthly Delights!  See Below.
