Leave The Past Behind

§ Filed under Relationships § No Comments

Greetings dreamers! Last week we spoke about the power of our thoughts and the resultant actions on  our feelings.  And remembering how important feelings are in the equation of the production of our dreams.  So you can see that nothing matters more than that you feel good.  Stay tuned for our Feel Better Now community coming soon.  Because nothing matters more than that you feel good.

So I can hear you saying to me now, “How can I dare to dream a dream when I have so many past failures. I’ve tried a million times and it never works out.”  Here’s my answer to this.  My answer is a question.  What if you believed you were starting from a place of victory?  Can you believe this?

When you believe you are starting from a place of victory, you already know you’ve achieved your goal. You’re just reverse engineering the process.  When you start from a place of victory, all obstacles have already been overcome.  Then, obstacles merely become knowledge.  And for us dreamers out there, the knowledge becomes wisdom.

So if you’ve been contemplating writing that book, sharing your story, or starting your own business – it’s time to remember that you are starting from a place of victory. And it is time to forget those past disappoints and defeats.

Paul , writing to the Philippians has the perfect quote. “… but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, ”

It’s a powerful choice to not look back. Many a race has been lost by looking back.  The famous horse Seabisquit, lost by a fraction of a second because his jockey looked back at the very last moment. So let’s press forward and live in victory.

Here’s a little music to run your race:)

Dreams and Beliefs

§ Filed under Law of Attraction, Prosperity Lifestyle § No Comments

Hello Lovelies,

I know I’m like a dog with a bone here, but I still want to talk about your dreams.  You see, I care for you.  And I want you to be and I want you to feel passionate and excited about your life.  Now I’m not talking about sell everything and move to Belize, even though I heard the scuba diving is pretty awesome.  But what I am saying is even though you have full busy lives: kids, grandkids, family, and businesses- I still believe there can be some small patch in your soul that you can resurrect for your unique dream.

So, what have you been planting lately?  Here in Illinois it’s almost time to plant the corn and soybeans.  And in the fall we will be harvesting a lot of corn and soybeans.

So I’m asking you today to simply reflect on the type of thought seeds you’ve been planting lately.  Are they seeds of discontent?  Are they seeds of non-belief?  Are they seeds of lack?  Perhaps even seeds of desperation?

I’d like to share a quick story.   My mother, God rest her soul,  whenever anyone asked her, “How ya doing?” she would always say, “I’m depressed.” Liked a well trained parrot, I picked up those same words-I’m depressed.  Even as a young girl, I used to proclaim that I was depressed whenever anyone asked me how I was doing.  Honestly, I didn’t even know what it meant.  It wasn’t until I was in college when some close friends were making fun of me because I  always said I was depressed, that I became consciously aware of what I was saying.  I was unconsciously planting the seeds of depression.  You bet I deliberately started planting different seeds from that point on.  And we wonder why depression can be multi-generational.

I’m saying all this because I want you to be aware of the thought seeds you are planting.  The thoughts you think relate to how you feel.  Our feelings are the results of our thoughts.  And you attract the good results you want with your feelings.  So where ever you’re at in your life let’s imagine it’s springtime.  And start planting seeds of expectation, joy, rebirth, and hope.  And let’s expect a bumper crop of good things this year.

So start believing.

Many Blessings this year,

-Christine Marie M.A

Your Dreams and The Power of Your Emotions

§ Filed under Relationships § No Comments

Hello Lovelies,

What do your emotions have to do with your dreams?

Let’s say you’ve dusted off a long held dream from the back of the shelf.  And, let’s say you’ve made that dream relevant to your life today.  And it looks pretty good.  You got some brand new hope.  There’s some fresh air that’s entered into your life.

So what happens when some old crappy feelings rear their ugly heads?  I’m going to say again that nothing matters more than that you feel good.  Does this mean you stuff all your feelings down in exchange for a faux happy feeling?  Of course not!  But it is important to have a plan or blueprint in place to move your low level feelings legitimately up the better feeling scale.

And why is this important?  We attract from our true legitimate feelings.  If you find yourself in  a wishy-washy state, then it’s no wonder that you are having mixed results.  If this sounds like a little bit of voodoo, it’s not.  It’s based on a Universal Law of Like attracting Like.  And this law is just as powerful as the Law of Gravity and the Law of Lift and Thrust for an airplane.

So remember, if you are totally down in the dumps and got up on the wrong side of the bed, you can gently sweetly coax yourself to a better feeling place.  Think about grabbing a cup of tea and taking a few deep breaths.  Give thanks for the brand new day.  And experience a better feeling.

Check out this song this week. ” Feelings” by the great Ella Fitzgerald.  That’s one silky smooth  voice.

Next week we’ll talk about how our feelings are the result of our deep seated thoughts in our heart.

I Got To Be Me!!

§ Filed under Current Events, Prosperity, What's Up With Christine Marie and Julie § 1 Comment

Hello Lovelies,

I don’t know if this happens to you.  But sometimes I wake up in the morning with a song in my head and in my heart.  For the last several days I’ve been waking up to Mr. Sammy Davis Jr. or the Sammala as he was affectionately known.  The song?  “I’ve Gotta Be Me.”

We are just a week past Easter.  And I want to ask you a question.    What dream or dreams have you’ve been longing to resurrect?  Or what dreams have you put away for whatever reason?  Busy lives, financial reversals, other obligations…Whatever the reason, it is now time to dust those dreams off and made current-relevant to this day and time.

I invite you to join Julie and I as we dust off and resurrect a dream.  I’m going to quote Sammy here.  “I won’t give up on this dream of life.  Dream that makes me what I am.”  If you haven’t heard it ever or in a while give it a listen.  It’s worth it.  And remember, let the pain push you until the vision can pull you.
